Remove the plug from the socket and allow all parts to cool down.
• Soak the grill in warm soapy water and remove the remains with a dishwashing brush. The
grill is also dishwasher safe.
• Empty the drip tray after each use and then clean it in warm soapy water.
• Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, steel wool or a scouring pad as this will damage the
device. Never immerse the heating element in water or any other liquid.
Fill water(max.0.4L) into the zinc plate. Connect the barbecue to the mains supply socket .
Preheat for about 5 minutes before use. The water in the zinc plate will evaporate during use.
It is therefore necessary to fill up water in time. Be careful not to pour water on the heating
element. When grilling is finished disconnect the barbecue from the mains supply socket.

1. Ensure that the grill is thoroughly cleaned after use.
2. Before cleaning your barbecue, always make sure that the plug has been disconnected
from the mains supply socket. Allow the grill to cool down thoroughly before cleaning.
3. Never switch the heating element on when it is not placed onto the appliance.
4. Never immerse the heating element or plug in water.
5. Throw away the water in the body firstly
6. Clean the heating element with a clean and dry cloth only.
7. Clean the grill rack and the grill pan with warm soapy water and dry afterwards.
8. Don’t use harsh abrasive cleanser or a metal sponge to clean the grill rack and the grill
pan.
9. After cleaning, the grill should be stored indoors in a dry location.
