Bluetooth setup
Pairing a Bluetooth device
With the Chorus powered on:
1. Press the Bluetooth button (4) on the remote or cycle through the inputs
until Bluetooth mode activates by pressing the input button (B) on
the Chorus
2. ‘bT’ will flash on the display (G) to indicate it is in pairing mode
3. Using the controls on your Bluetooth device, select the ‘KS CHORUS’
in your Bluetooth settings to pair
note:
If your device requests a password, enter ‘0000’.
note:
Refer to your device’s user manual for instructions on pairing and
connecting Bluetooth devices.
4. When connected, ‘bT’ on the display (G) will stop flashing
5. The next time the Chorus is put into Bluetooth mode, it will automatically
search for and attempt to connect to the last paired device
note:
If your device is not connecting automatically, it’s because it is
not the last paired device. Simply delete ‘KS CHORUS’ from the list of
Bluetooth devices on your device and re-pair.
To activate the RCA (K) or 3.5 mm (L) inputs, press the Audio/Aux button (4)
on the remote or cycle through the inputs until RCA/3.5 mm mode activates
by pressing the input button (B) on the Chorus. The display (G) will show
‘Aux’ for RCA (K) and ‘Audi’ for 3.5 mm (L) inputs.
Optical input
The optical input (I) can be used for superior sound quality over all other
inputs. This input can be used for devices including televisions, DVD/Blu-ray
players and games consoles. Using an optical cable (not supplied), connect
one end to the optical input (I) on the Chorus, and the other to your device.
If your TV has an optical audio output, we recommend connecting this to
the Chorus and connecting all your other devices directly to the TV.
To activate the optical input (I), press the ‘OPTICAL’ button (4) on the remote
or cycle through the inputs until optical mode activates by pressing the
input button (B) on the Chorus. The display (G) will show ‘OPTI’ when in
optical mode.
Please also ensure the audio output on the device you are using
(TV, Blu-Ray etc.) is set to output over an optical connection.
