by pressing the mode button, then use 

the dial to select the mode version, for 

example, Stew P7. The default time and 

temperature will flash in the display.

Once the first step is complete, a tone 

will sound and the settings for the next 

step will blink in the display.

step will appear in the lower part of 

the display, and the default time and
