Setting up the buffet server
1. Place the warming tray

on a stable, heat-resistant surface and place
the frame for the warming pans

securely on top. Make sure the frame is
correctly positioned, depending on the model you purchased (see
fig. C
or
D
).
2. Completely unwind the power cord.
3. Check that the temperature control

is in the OFF position (fully turned
counter-clockwise) and plug the buffet server into the wall socket.
4. Turn the temperature control clockwise to switch the buffet server on.
The indicator light

will glow red and will turn off when the set
temperature is reached (see
fig. B
).
5. When moving the buffet server, make sure to use the cool touch handles

Using the warming tray with the warming pans and
frame
1. Place the warming pans

into the frame

and add your prepared
food into the pans (see
fig. C
or

). To retain heat and moisture in foods,
keep the lids

on when not serving.
2. Adjust the temperature control

to the desired heat. The indicator light

will cycle on and off while maintaining the set temperature (see
fig. B
).
3. After use, turn the temperature control to the OFF position, unplug the
buffet server and allow it to cool down for at least 90 minutes before
cleaning and storage.
Using the warming tray without the warming pans
and frame
1. Heat the buffet server for approx. ten minutes.
2. Place plates or bowls of hot, cooked food onto the warming tray

to keep
them warm. Food must be thoroughly cooked and already hot as the buffet
server is not designed for heating up cold or frozen food.
To retain heat and moisture in foods, keep lids

on when not serving.
3. Adjust the temperature control

to the desired heat. The indicator light

will cycle on and off while maintaining the set temperature (see
fig. B
).
4. After use, turn the temperature control to the OFF position, unplug the
buffet server and allow it to cool down for at least 90 minutes before
