FOR SOFT, MEDIUM OR HARD COOKED EGGS
1. Place the egg boiler on a clean, dry surface.
2. Remove lid and other parts.
3. Decide how you want to cook your eggs. Find the marking for soft, medium or hard
on the measuring beaker and fill with cold water.
NOTE:
The range is a guide and
water levels may need to be adjusted to achieve desired doneness.
4. Pour cold water into base/heating plate.
5. Place the egg cooking rack on top of the base, the flat side should be facing upwards.
6. Rinse the number of eggs desired, cook up to 6 eggs at a time.
7. Use the piercing pin underneath the beaker and pierce each egg on the top side and
place in the cooking rack.
8. Place the lid on top of the unit and turn the switch on to the desired cooking mode,
soft, medium or hard. Indicator light will be lit. Only start the appliance with the lid on.
9. When the eggs are finished the appliance will turn itself off and the buzzer will sound.
10. Turn the switch to off-mode, remove the lid and immediately rinse the eggs in cold
water to prevent overcooking.
FOR POACHED EGGS
1. Place the egg boiler on a clean, dry surface.
2. Remove lid and other parts.
3. Fill the measuring beaker with cold water up to the marking for medium.
NOTE:
The range is a guide and water levels may need to be adjusted to
achieve desired consistency.
4. Pour cold water into base/heating plate.
5. Place the egg cooking rack on top of the base, the flat side should be facing upwards.
6. Lightly butter or spray vegetable oil on poaching tray.
7. Break one egg for each poaching sections, cooks up to 3 eggs.
8. Place the poaching tray on top of the egg rack.
9. Place the lid on top of the unit and turn the switch on to medium cooking mode.
Indicator light will be lit. Only start the appliance with the lid on.
10. When the eggs are finished the appliance will turn itself off and the buzzer will sound.
11. Turn the switch to off-mode, remove the lid and immediately, also remove the eggs
to prevent overcooking.
