MT-300 Mixer/Appliance Timer

: 7-Segment
Digital LED Display. Easy-to-read displays allow crew
members to quickly check the status of the timer
from across the kitchen.

ONE (1) LED PER PRODUCT KEY
: When on,
blinking or flashing, indicates channel is in use.

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
: Printed directly
on front panel to make it easy for any operator to use
the timer.

UP and DOWN ARROW KEYS
: In “Programming”
mode increments the time or feature up or down
(keys 1 and 4).

PRODUCT KEYS
: In “Programming” mode used to
program mixing times. In “Operating” mode, used to
start timing cycles.

: Slide in and out easily
allowing quick updates when your menu items change.
INSTALLING THE MT-300
1. Using the enclosed template as a guide, mount
the MT-300 to an appropriate vertical surface using
screws and mounting holes on unit. This timer is
intended to be used in a splash zone.
2.
MAKE SURE THE APPLIANCE/MIXER AND MT-300
POWER SWITCHES ARE IN THE OFF POSITION.
3. Plug the MT-300 into a standard three-prong 120VAC
(center ground) outlet having a minimum 15A service.
4. Plug appliance into power receptacle on side of MT-300.
5. To ensure safe operation, arrange power cables so
they are away from appliance and other equipment.
6. Turn appliance/mixer power ON.
CHANGING MENU STRIPS
1. Turn off and unplug timer from its power source.
2. With a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws from
the top and bottom of the MT-300 that secure the
bezel in place. Then Remove the bezel.
3. Remove the existing menu strip(s) by pulling them
out from the left side of the timer.
4. Using the notches as guides, slide the new menu
strips in.
5. Replace the bezel and the screws that secure it to
the timer.
6. Plug timer back into its power source.
