SPECIAL PAGER FUNCTIONS
SYSTEM OPERATION
* Pager Power Save Mode only works while the system is DISARMED.
If you want to put your pager
in Power Save Mode and Arm your system, you must first disarm the system and then turn on Power
Save Mode. You can then Arm with your 1-way transmitter or use “manual arm”
(see bottom of
pg. 10)
. Keep in mind though that your pager will not automatically receive notification of ve-
hicle threats in this case because Power Save Mode improves battery life by shutting down the
pager’s RF receiver. If you push any button, Power Save Mode will deactivate (even though the
icon will continue displaying on the pager) and then reactivate 2 minutes later.
