WIFI hotspot setting 
Press More to enter WIFI and networks setting: choose portable hotspot : 

 

Choose portable WIFI, the device works as a wireless router at the this time. So other device 
with  wifi  function  can  search  this  device.  SSID  and  password  can  be  changed  in  the  WIFI 
hotspot setting interface 

 

6.1.2 External 3G USB Dongle   

Connect the 3G USB-Dongle to the Tablet PC by USB HOST cable. The 3G network icon will be 
showed in the bottom right corner of the screen when Tablet PC connects the 3G successfully 

as below picture: 

   

You can use the internet normally.
