Device can’t be wake up by vibration while in motion mode

Device can be wake up by vibration while in static mode

After wake up, there should be 3 seconds vibration in 6 seconds, device will turn on

cellular module and upload data packet, otherwise it would enter into sleep mode

again and maintain the previous configuration parameters
