STEP-IV:
Fit the num bered tenons of the LEG
STRETCHERS into the respective m ortise
holes of the LEG/BASE ASSEMBLY.
Place
the remaining LEG/BASE
ASSEMBLY mortise holes onto and over
the tenons of the LEG STRETCHER. With
a rubber mallet, hammer the wood until all
the joints fit snugly together.
STEP-V:
Insert the dowels to the joints as shown in assem bly photo. Again,
please be careful not to mar the wood and do not force the dowels. Any
excess can easily be sanded away.
STEP-VI
Place the TABLE TOP asse mbly up side down and
carefully match the letters or numbers of the LEGS with
the respective letters or num bers of the TABLE TOP
frame as shown in photographs.
STEP-VII
Insert the knock down bolts through the joints and slide the washers
and locking washers over the threads and secure with the nuts.
Tighten all the nuts with provided (10mm) wrench.
STEP-VIII
Upright the table and pull out the sliding rail under
the table ends. Attach
the two halves of the
EXTENSION TOPS to either side of the TABLE
TOP. Carefully attach the LOCATING PIN (male)
of the EXTENSION TOP and LOCATING PIN
(female) of the TABLE TOP as shown in assem bly
photographs. Pull the LOCKING PIN under the EXTENSION TOP and adjust the sliding
rail to fit with the LOCKING PIN.
