GETTING TO KNOW

YOUR HEAVY-DUTY BENCH GRINDER

1. Assembled stand. Solid cast-iron and steel construction.
2. Quench tray- Cool down the workpiece after grinding.
3. Adjustable tool rest (1/2). Tool rest can be positioned

closer to grinding wheel as its diameter decreases.

4. Grinding wheel (36 Grit). Used to remove rough 

material from workpiece.

5. Adjustable eye shield- Protects the user from flying

debris.

6. Spark guard and eye shield support- Protects the 

user from sparks and secures eye shield in the desired
position.

7. Grinding wheel guard.
8. Power On button.
9. Power Off paddle switch button.
10. Grinding wheel guard cover. Remove this cover to gain

access to the grinding wheel.

11. Grinding wheel (60 Grit).Used to remove light material

from workpiece.
