MOUNTING LEVELING SCREWS
1) Install the 10 large wood screws (A) Fig.1 from underneath the table as
shown.
2) The wood screws (A) will act as leveling hardware for the Router Lift
(mod. XL-125) or the Phenolic Router Insert Plate (mod. XL-114).
MOUNTING MDF TAbLE TO FLOOR STAND (MOD. XL-085)
1) To prevent damage, place a protective cover on work bench or floor, then
position the MDF Table (A) Fig.2 upside down (facing down) so the
underneath of the table is exposed.
2) Position the completely assembled Floor Stand (mod. XL-085) upside
down onto the table as shown. Make sure the front of the Floor Stand
faces the front of the MDF Table.
3) Align the 14 mounting holes in the Floor Stand with those of the MDF
Table, secure the Floor Stand to the MDF Table using 14 small wood
screws (B).
Note:
Additional small wood screws (B) Fig.2 are provided, these are used
to fix the Universal Dust Collection Kit (mod. XL-130) and the Router Fence
(mod. XL-080) to the underside of the MDF table.
Note:
2 countersunk allen head screws (A) Fig.3 are also provided, these
are used to fix the Router Lift (mod. XL-125) or the Phenolic Router Insert
Plate (mod. XL-114) as shown.
