FRAME ASSEMBLY
1) Start by laying out all of the parts and pieces to your King Canopy. Please refer to the
parts list to ensure that your kit is complete. When all the parts have been accounted
for, begin to layout the perimeter of your frame according to the photo above (6X6PC &
5X8PC). Each 3-way fitting (3WPC) should be placed at all four corners and two end peaks.
The 4-Way fittings (4WPC) are placed at the center leg and roof sections. The 6X6-2PC Pipes
are used for the legs.

2) Now that all the pipe and fittings are
laid out as displayed in the photo, begin
to connect the center pipe and fittings.
Start assembly by working from one end
to the other, connecting the center ridge
pipe into the 3-Way (3WPC) and 4-Way
(4WPC) fittings.
3) Once the center frame work is fully
connected start assembling the left and
right sections of the frame. Starting at
one end, begin to connect the 5X8PC
pipe to the assembled center ridge. Next
connect the corner 3-Way & 4-Way fittings
to the perimeter 6X6PC pipe.
