TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM

cabinet.
Uneven blasting
actions.
Inadequate speed
or ineffeciency of
blast.
Static electricity.
CAUSE
Exhaust vent is plugged or air
flow is blocked.
Abrasive media worn.
Too mush abrasive media
inside cabinet.
Loose air line or fitting
connections.
Too mush abrasive media
inside cabinet.
Moisture present inside the
cabinet.
Abrasive media worn.
Pressure is too low.
Dry weather conditions.
REMEDY
Clean rear vent and keep vent
away from the wall.
Replace abrasive media.
Remove excess media.
Tighten fittings and make sure
air lines are secure.
Remove the excess media.
Check air line to make sure
there is no moisture in it.
Replace abrasive media.
Increase inlet pressure and
make sure the control valve is
fully opened.
Leave the item being cleaned
on the grating.
