How

use
the
BPM1
Blood
Pressure
Monitor:
The
cuff
must
be
wrapped
1
‐
2cm
above
the
elbow
joint
with
the
rubber
tube
running
down
the
centre
of
the
arm.
Ideally
the
test
should
be
done
while
seated
at
a
table
with
the
arm
at
the
same
level
as
the
heart.
Once
sitting
comfortably,
the
user
presses
the
ON/OFF
button
followed
by
the
start
button.
The
BPM1
will
automatically
inflate
and
measure
the
blood
pressure
reading.

IMPORTANT:
Users
should
refrain
from
eating,
drinking,
smoking
or
exercise
for
30
minutes
in
order
to
obtain
accurate
results.
The
user
should
rest
for
5
minutes
before
taking
a
reading
and
should
not
move
or
talk
while
the
reading
is
being
taken.
