Recommendations for Best Use
When in a breathing session you should try to avoid the following:
• Holding your breath whilst trying to follow the guides
• Breathing too deeply
• Implementing new breathing techniques
• Falling asleep
For Positive Results
For positive results you will need to accumulate a minimum of 40 minutes per week in the
therapeutic breathing zone, this should be sufficient for you to achieve a reduction in your blood
pressure. Achieving more than 40 minutes per week will improve your chances of reducing your blood
pressure even further.
