ASSEMBLY GENERAL

Remove contents from box, unpack & inventory (refer to the Parts List)
Remove wheel nut and front fork protectors

(M)

(shipping use only)

1. HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY

•

Undo the four Alley bolts on the front of the handlebar stem

(G)

and

remove front section of handlebar stem

•

Place handlebar

(D)

in center of handlebar stem as shown

•

Re-install front plate section of handlebar stem; hold front plate
section and handlebar in place with your hand as shown
