Secure the head bed end to the mattress base into the end closest to the holes in
the mattress base, using the bolts in the positions shown above.
Bolts should enter the barrel nuts as shown in Step#1.
Do not fully tighten the bolts.
Repeat this step for the foot bed end

Insert conformats securing side rails to head board and mattress base
Tighten all bolts and conformats securely. Do not over tighten.
