Encoding Parameters

Video format: PAL format

Stream type: high definition of the main stream, low definition of the secondary stream

Frame rate: the number of frames encoded per second

IP ratio: the ratio of I and P frames per second

Upper limit of code rate: the maximum code rate of encoding channel (1-12MBPS)
