Assembly Instructions
6.
If the cabinet has doors, flush doors with front of cart,
adjust door hinges to achieve 1/16” margin between frame
and door. Units without doors should be inset 1/8” from front
of cart as seen on Figure D. Ensure there is no gap be-
tween cart and frame along the back. Secure the cabinet to
the mounting plate using supplied #8
–
5/8” screws.
7.
Use holes on bottom plate to locate caster mounting
plate the use #8
-
3/4” wood screws, to attach to bottom of
cabinet. See Figure E.
8.
Install any remaining cabinets or end panels on the
opposite side of the cart if needed. Upright cabinet and cart
assembly then Install adjustable shelves using supplied
pins. Figure F
9. Recommend to have two people raise the unit to the
upright position.
