Assembly Instructions
1.
Assemble cart following the Assembly Instructions.
2.
Unpack cabinet removing hardware and adjustable
shelves.
3.
Determine if the cabinet should be mounted on the left
or right then remove the crossrail from that side of the cart
assembly and replace with crossrail included with cabinet
that includes mounting holes. Slide crossrails over the in-
stalled U Brackets with the mounting holes facing outward.

Note: Tap the top of the crossrail with the rubber mallet to
seat the U brackets if needed.
4.
Place cart on its back on a clean soft surface. Install the
mounting plate on the bottom of the cart frame using sup-
plied M6 machine screws with 4MM hex bit as shown in Fig-
ure B.
5.
Align shoulder screws on the side of the cabinet with the
keyhole slots in the crossrail. The back of the
cabinet should
be 1/8” off the ground to achieve alignment. Using a card-
board sheet as a spacer makes this task easier. Push the
cabinet and cart together to remove any gap between the
two and then slid the cabinet downward until the bottom of
the cabinet comes in contact with the mounting plate.
Note:
if screws do not slide easily into keyhole slots the
height of the screws can be adjusted by turning them 1/4”
turn counterclockwise.
