Downloads and documentation are available on the KiloVault® website:

7.2.

Software

The KiloVault® HAB™ V4 iT monitoring software for iOS and Android mobile
devices can be downloaded from both the iOS and Android app stores. There is
not a desktop version of KiloVault® HAB™ V4 iT.

KiloVault® HAB™ V4 units with serial numbers MWT20200229021102 and
higher receive firmware updates through the cloud when they are connected to
the Internet. Please see Section 5.3.1 Firmware Updates for details. Firmware
updates include improvements to the BMS including KiloVault® HAB™ V4 to
KiloVault® HAB™ V4 communications, cycle counting, state of charge
calculation, and other BMS functions as needed. Please note that updating the
Wi-Fi firmware is not currently supported. If your KiloVault® HAB™ V4 units
serial number is below MWT20200229021102 and you would like the firmware
updated, please contact KiloVault®.
