A. Place the handlebars in the correctly fi tted fork
B. Adjust the height of the handlebar to suit your child’s height and tighten the hex
screw clockwise until you feel resistance
FRONT WHEEL WITH FORK

A. Remove all components from the fork rod except the last bearing (see parts No. 5b)
B. Insert the fork with 5b bearing in the front part of the bike frame. Be careful not to
damage the bearing
C. On the protruding fork rod (Fig. C-1), mount the other elements in the order: bearing
(5a), bearing guide (4), fl at washer (3), nut (2) (fi g. C-2)
D. Make sure that the bearing balls 5b face up and the bearing balls 5a face down
ATTENTION:
when tightening the nut (see section 2), make sure the bearing guide is
aligned with the bearing. Tightening when crooked may damage the bearing
A. Mount the saddle in the bike frame
B. Use an hex key to tighten the clamp screw
ATTENTION:
when tightening the screw, be careful not to twist the thread
ATTENTION:
when adjusting the height of the saddle, make sure that the stop line does
not protrude above the clamp
