Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
10. Orient the tote as illustrated and
insert the top, side rim of the
tote into the installed slide rail as
illustrated. While supporting the
tote up under the tabletop, slide the
second slide rail onto the opposite
side of the tote. Position the slide
rail tight to the side of the tote,
then mark the three mounting slots
to the bottom of the table for the
second, right-hand slide rail to be
installed. Make sure the front, “user
side” marked location is 1

” back
from the front, “user side” of the
tabletop. Move the bracket away
and set aside (Figure 3).
Important:
To allow for the tote to
slide more freely, drilling of pilot
holes for the second slide rail must
be performed differently than the
first. Drilling of holes must be done
at the outside of the marked slots
under the tabletop, not in the center
of the slots.
11. Check that the first set and second
set of three marked mounting
slots are parallel to the first and
are 14” apart. Using a power drill,
carefully drill a

” pilot hole under
the tabletop at the outside of each
slot. Take care to not drill too
deep, piercing through the tabletop
(Figure 3).
12. Position the second slide rail
unit straight under the tabletop,
centering the mounting holes over
the pilot holes and secure using
three #10 x
1
/
2
” Phillips screws.
Take care to not over-tighten
(Figure 4).
13. Insert the top side rims of the tote
into the installed pair of slide rails
and slide into place (Figure 5).
