Repair & Replacement Instructions
Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.
Leg Replacement
1. Place chair upside down onto a
soft, protective surface (Figure 1).
2. Using a Phillips head screw
driver, remove the two screws
holding the leg to the chair
(Figure 1).
3. Once screws are removed, leg
should lift right off (Figure 1).
4. To attach new leg, make sure it is
facing the appropriate direction
and that screw holes are aligned.
Then, install screws removed
from step one. Do not over
tighten (Figure 1).
Threaded Glide Replacement
(wood leg only)
1. Place chair upside down onto a
soft, protective surface.
2. Grip glide with hand and turn
counter clockwise to loosen.
Once loose, un-thread the glide
from the leg (Figure 2).
3. Once glide its removed, thread in
the new replacement glide into
the threaded hole clockwise until
it is tight (Figure 2).
