IV. USO Y CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA SILLA

DE RUEDAS

Q. Cubierta

Cómo usar la cubierta

1. Plegado de la cubierta (Fig. 26:A)

a. Para cerrar, levante el extremo frontal de la cubierta y tome el extremo delantero hasta el

extremo posterior y doble la cubierta para apartarla.

b. Para abrir, tome el extremo frontal de la cubierta y tire hacia afuera y hacia abajo hasta que

la cubierta esté completamente estirada.

2. Extracción e instalación rápidas (Fig. 26:C)

a. Empuje los pestillos hacia adentro (Fig. 26:D) a ambos lados de la cubierta, levántela y

extráigala de los alojamientos.

b. Para reinstalar la cubierta, instale ambos extremos en los receptores hasta que los

seguros atrapen la parte inferior de las abrazaderas de montaje del tubo y se “traben” en
su lugar.

3. Borde para contener la lluvia(Fig. 26:B)

a. El borde de la cubierta se puede doblar para contener las gotas de lluvia y desviarla del

usuario que está sentado en la silla de ruedas.
