IP Filter
Configure IP filter settings. To increase security, you can create a rule to deny or allow devices with certain IP addresses
to access the IP camera over the network.
Filter Mode
: Select the filter
mode.
• Allow all IP connection
: The IP filter is off and any device from Internet can connect to the IP camera.
• Allow the setted IP connection
: Click
Add
to start adding IP address(es) you want to allow accessing the IP camera
over Internet. After adding the IP address, click
Enable
checkbox to activate the rule.
To delete, click on the IP address in the list and then click
Del
. Only devices with the listed IP addresses are allowed
to connect to the IP camera.
• Ban the setted IP connection
: Click
Add
to start adding IP address(es) you want to ban accessing the IP camera
over Internet. After adding the IP address, click
Enable
checkbox to activate the rule.
To delete, click on the IP address in the list and then click
Del
. Devices with the listed IP addresses are denied to
connect to the IP camera.
RTSP
Configure RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) settings. Use the RTSP stream to enhance the remote connection to the
(ONVIF) IP camera.
RTSP
: Enable or disable the RTSP
function.
RTSP Port
: Set the connection
port for RTSP streaming.
To establish the connection, you need to enter the RTSP string to the URL-field of your computer’s web browser.
The beginning of the string is “rtsp://” followed by the IP address of the IP camera, the connection port, and the
streaming mode (0: Mainstream, 1: Substream, 2: Mobilestream).
For example, if the IP address of the IP camera is 192.168.0.124 and the streaming mode is Mainstream, then you
need to enter in URL field:
rtsp://192.168.0.124:554/0
FTP
Configure FTP settings.
FTP
: Enable or disable the FTP
function.
User Name/Password
: Enter
your FTP server user name and
password.
Server
: Enter the FTP server IP
address.
Upload Interval
: Select the upload interval.
Transfer Images
: Check to allow uploading captured images.
