Troubleshooting

Returning an Analyzer for Service

Read the Warranty 

The warranty for your analyzer is in the front of your Specifications Guide. Please 
read it and become familiar with its terms. 

If your analyzer is covered by a separate maintenance agreement, please be familiar 
with its terms. 

Service Options 

Keysight Technologies offers several optional maintenance plans to service your 
analyzer after the warranty has expired. Call your Keysight Technologies office for 
full details. 

If you want to service the analyzer yourself after the warranty expires, you can 
purchase the service documentation that provides all necessary test and maintenance 
information.
