3 Connect the USB Cable to 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter . Connect
the mini-USB connector on the other end of the USB cable to the
100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter shown in Figure 2-7 .

4 Connect Ethernet Cable to Ethernet Device . Attach one end of the included
standard Ethernet cable to an RJ-45 jack on a PC, switch, or other Ethernet
devices. You should hear a click indicating that the cable is properly seated in
the jack shown in Figure 2-8 .

5 Connect Ethernet Cable to 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter . Attach
the other end of the Ethernet cable to the 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media
Converter's standard Ethernet port shown in Figure 2-9 . You will hear a click
upon attaching the Ethernet cable to 100BASE-T1/Ethernet Media Converter.
When you power on the PC or other Ethernet devices, you should now see the
Link LED lighting up and remain lit; the Activity LED may also begin to flash.
