Purpose
It verifies that the DUT does not exit squelch upon detection of an
appropriate Squelch Noise Pulse with duration T
PULSE-SQ
.
Procedure
The data generator sends a test sequence consisting of single DIFN pulse
among the DIFP states and it starts with a pulse width less than the
minimum squelch pulse width. The pulse width increases stepwise until
the DUT exits the hibernate state and enters into the sleep state. The Step
Size parameter for this test depends on the HS Gear data rate selected in
the
Configure DUT
panel (see
) and this test runs at highest gear
when multiple gears are selected.
