Testing Performance

Read the “current” average voltage value as V1.

Use the BNC tee and cables to connect the precision source /power supply to

both the oscilloscope and the multimeter (see

Figure 3

Note: Set the Low Force terminal of the Precision Source to its "Floating" state

to prevent offset error caused by ground loop current from the Precision Source

ground to the DUT ground.
