Description

Reads out the oldest error remaining in the E4981A's error queue. The size of the error

queue is 100.
Executing the

*CLS

command clears errors stored in the error queue. (Query only)

Error message (a string within double quotation marks (“))

If no error is stored in the error queue, 0 is read out as the error number and “No error” as

the error message.
