Returning a Kit or Device to Keysight

If your kit or device requires service, contact Keysight Technologies for

information on where to send it. See

“Contacting Keysight” on page 5-4

Include a service tag (found at the end of this manual) on which you provide

the following information:

— your company name and address
— a technical contact person within your company, and the person's complete

phone number

— the model number and serial number of the kit
— the part number and serial number of each device
— the type of service required
— a

detailed

description of the problem and how the device was being used

when the problem occurred (such as calibration or measurement)
