In this chapter, maintenance of 16190B is described.
Calibration
The performance test kit is calibrated when shipped from the factory. The
performance test kit must be calibrated at a facility that satisfies the
calibration uncertainties given in Table 3-1 and Table 3-2 . Keysight
Technologies’ calibration laboratories satisfy all of these calibration
uncertainties. For complete information on calibration, contact your nearest
Keysight Technologies office.
