case while listening in stereo will disconnect the Bluetooth signal of both earbuds. Returning the right
earbud only will allow you to continue listening in the left earbud. Taking out the right earbud again will
reconnect both into stereo mode.
How to charge KTW1 and LED Explanation:
1. Put L and R earbuds into charging case and they will charge automatically.
2. When earbuds are charging, the red color LED will flash.
3. When earbuds are fully charged, the blue LED will stay on and after 3 mins, all LED is off.
4. One earbud red and the other blue means the blue is fully charged and the red is still charging
When earbuds charging, charging case indicators will show the battery charging status:

Restore to Default Factory Mode:
If your earbuds are accidentally changed to mono mode and you cannot reconnect to stereo by placing
them back in the case like no. 9, please follow the steps below to restore it:
1. Delete the Kew Labs - KTW1 Bluetooth setting in your device and turn Bluetooth
off
.
2. Whilst wearing both earbuds hold the centre button for 35 seconds. After 5 seconds you will hear the
manual “power off”. After another 2
5
seconds you will hear manual “power on” tone and after another 5
seconds you will hear twice “clearing pairing information”.
3. For best results, you can put the earbuds into the battery case for ~10mins. However, they can be repaired
straight away if necessary.
4. The restore to factory mode is completed. You can take them out from the battery case and they will go
into auto-pairing again. If they do not, please delete the Kew Labs - KTW1 from your Bluetooth setting and
try again.

There are two KewLabs - KTW1 in Bluetooth settings:
Solution:
You are in mono mode. Please delete both Bluetooth names from your device, turn off Bluetooth
in your device and perform factory mode reset as described above. Skipping the Bluetooth name delete step
before the factory reset will keep your device in mono mode even after factory reset.
