Maintenance activities

NOTICE

Disconnect system from energy sources!

Ensure that the electrical components are dis-

connected from the electrical power supply dur-

ing the work.

Ensure the float switch can move freely.

Dismantle the movable components

Remove the intake cage.
Remove the spiral housing.
Check the multi-vane impeller for smooth and easy move-

ment, dismantle if necessary.

Carry out cleaning

Clear the ventilation pipe.
Clean the dismantled components in a water bath.

Ensure that the multi-vane impeller is free from solids and

deposits

Check and assemble the components

Check the dismantled components for wear, replace if

necessary.
Assemble the components again in reverse order.
Carry out a functional test (

see "Functional test",
