Fault cause and remedy
This chapter describes in more detail the most important faults that can occur during operation
on the hydrostatic single-axle unit. Faults which require major intervention must always be
rectified by your specialist workshop.

Gasoline

- Spark plug connector not plugged in

- Move choke lever to choke

Fill the fuel tank with fresh fuel
Bad fuel
- Clogged fuel line
Clean fuel line

Clean, adjust or replace the spark plug
- Engine too much fuel (flooded)
Dry, clean and start the spark plug
with FULL GAS
- Motor off line defective
Check cable and plug connections
- False air due to loose carburettor
Tighten fastening screws
and intake pipe
Gasoline engine
- Engine is running in the CHOKE area Move the choke lever to the operating position
Has dropouts
- Ignition cable loose
Plug the spark plug connector firmly onto the
ignition cable. Secure the ignition cable

the spark plug
- Clogged fuel line or bad fuel
- Ventilation in the fuel tank cover

Change fuel filter or refuel with fresh
