Ersatzschnur für Automatische Hühnertür - Gebrauchsanweisung
1. Allgemeines
Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung enthält Gebrauchs- und Sicherheitshinweise. Bitte lesen Sie die
Anweisungen sorgfältig durch und beachten Sie die angeführten Vorschriften und Hinweise, bevor
Sie den Umbau des Gerätes vornehmen.
2. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Ersatzschnur ist für die Verwendung in einer Automatischen Hühnertür (Art. 70550)
von KERBL ausgelegt. Bei einer anderen als der vorgesehenen Verwendung erlöschen
Garantie- und Haftungsansprüche des Herstellers.
3. Sicherheitshinweise
VORSICHT!
Gefahr von Personen- und Sachschädigung durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch.
• Vor Öffnen des Geräts den Netzstecker ziehen.
• Den kompletten Bereich der Schnurführung frei von störenden Gegenständen halten.
• Ersatzschnur stets sicher, für Kinder unerreichbar aufbewahren.
Es besteht die Gefahr des Erdrosselns.
4. Aufbau der Ersatzschnur
Siehe Abbildung 1:
(1) Ende mit Schlaufe zur Befestigung an der Motorwinde
(2) Kugel für Endanschlag
(3) Offenes Ende zur Befestigung am Schieber
5. Schnur austauschen
Alte Schnur entfernen:
1. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
2. Trennen Sie die alte Schnur vom Schieber der automatischen Hühnertür.
3. Öffnen Sie das Gerät.
4. Ziehen Sie von unten an der Schnur und betätigen Sie den Ab-Knopf
am Gerät, damit sich die Schnur abwickelt.
5. Entfernen Sie die Batterien aus dem Gerät, um Verletzungsgefahr zu vermeiden.
6. Entfernen Sie die alte Schnur, indem Sie die Befestigungsschraube
(siehe Abbildung 2, Pos. 6) an der Winde lösen.
Ersatzschnur in das Gerät einfädeln:
Fädeln Sie die Ersatzschnur mit dem oberen Ende (Ende mit Schlaufe) wie folgt von unten
in das Gerät und bis zur Winde. Siehe dazu auch Abbildung 2.
1. Von außen nach innen durch die Gehäuseöffnung.
2. Durch die Öffnung in der Endschalterplatte.
3. Durch die ersten 4-5 Windungen der Feder.
Heben Sie ggf. die Feder aus der Mulde, damit Sie die Schnur leichter
einfädeln können (siehe Abbildung 3).
4. Durch den Federmechanismus für die Vorspannung.
5. An der Außenseite der Rolle vorbei.
6. Direkt von oben auf die Befestigungsschraube. Befestigen Sie die Ersatzschnur
mit der Befestigungsschraube von oben an der Winde.
Ersatzschnur am Schieber befestigen:
1. Setzen Sie die Batterien wieder in das Gerät ein.
2. Betätigen Sie den Auf-Knopf und überwachen Sie das Aufrollen der Schnur,
bis der Endschalter den Aufrollvorgang beendet.
Greifen Sie nicht in das Gerät, während der Motor läuft. Versuchen Sie nicht den
Aufrollvorgang zu beeinflussen. Bei Fehlern entfernen Sie die Batterie und korrigieren
Sie dann den Verlauf der Schnur. Starten Sie erst nach der endgültigen Fertigstellung
einen neuen Versuch, die Schnur aufzuwickeln.
3. Schließen Sie das Gehäuse.
4. Verbinden Sie das untere Ende der Schnur wieder mit dem Schieber der automatischen Hühner-
tür. Beachten Sie hierzu die Anleitung der automatischen Hühnertür und des Schiebers.
5. Testen Sie die komplette Anordnung, indem Sie die Tür ein paar Mal öffnen und wieder schließen.

1. Généralités
Le présent mode d‘emploi contient les consignes d‘utilisation et de sécurité. Veuillez lire soigneuse-
ment les instructions avant de procéder à la transformation de l‘appareil et respecter les directives et
instructions mentionnées.
2. Utilisation conforme
La corde de rechange est prévue pour l’utilisation dans une trappe à poules automatique (réf. 70550)
de KERBL. Le fabricant décline tout recours à sa garantie et responsabilité en cas d’utilisation non
conforme à l’usage prévu.
3. Consignes de sécurité
ATTENTION !
Une utilisation non conforme à l’usage prévu peut causer des dommages corporels et matériels.
• Retirer la fiche secteur avant d’ouvrir l’appareil.
• Veiller à l’absence d’obstacles et d’objets gênants dans toute la zone guide-corde.
• Toujours conserver la corde de rechange en lieu sûr, hors de portée des enfants.
Les enfants pourraient s’étrangler avec la corde.
4. Structure de la corde de rechange
Voir figure 1 :
(1) Extrémité avec le nœud coulant de fixation au dévidoir motorisé
(2) Boule de fin de butée
(3) Extrémité ouverte de fixation au volet coulissant
5. Remplacement de la corde
Démontage de l’ancienne corde :
1. Retirez la fiche secteur de la prise de courant.
2. Séparez l’ancienne corde du volet coulissant de la trappe à poules automatique.
3. Ouvrez l’appareil.
4. Tirez la corde vers le bas et actionnez le bouton <Abaisser> de l’appareil pour dérouler la corde.
5. Retirez les piles de l’appareil en prévention de tout risque de blessures.
6. Enlevez l’ancienne corde en desserrant la vis de fixation (voir figure 2, point 6) du dévidoir.
Enfiler la corde de rechange dans l‘appareil :
Enfilez la corde de rechange avec son extrémité supérieure (extrémité avec la boucle) comme suit par
le bas dans l’appareil jusqu’au dévidoir. Pour ce faire, voir également la figure 2.
1. De l’extérieur vers l’intérieur à travers l’ouverture du boîtier.
2. À travers l’ouverture dans la plaque de fin de course.
3. Sur les premières 4 à 5 spires du ressort.
Si nécessaire, retirez le ressort de la cuvette pour faciliter l’enfilement de la corde (voir figure 3).
4. À travers le mécanisme de ressort de tension initiale.
5. À côté de la face extérieure de la molette.
6. Directement par le haut sur la vis de fixation. Fixez la corde de rechange avec
la vis de fixation par le haut au dévidoir.
Fixation de la corde de rechange au volet coulissant :
1. Remettez les piles en place dans l‘appareil.
2. Actionnez le bouton <Relever> et surveillez l’enroulement de la corde jusqu’à ce
que l’interrupteur de fin de course stoppe l’enroulement.
N’intervenez jamais dans l’appareil pendant le fonctionnement du moteur. Ne tentez pas
d’intervenir dans l’enroulement. En cas d’erreurs, retirez les piles et corrigez l’enroulement
de la corde. Patientez jusqu’à l’achèvement de l’opération avant d’engager une nouvelle
tentative d’enroulement.
3. Fermez le boîtier.
4. Reliez l’extrémité inférieure de la corde à nouveau avec le volet coulissant de la
trappe à poules automatique. Respectez toujours le mode d’emploi de la trappe
à poules automatique et du volet coulissant.
5. Testez la mise en place correcte de la corde en ouvrant et en refermant la trappe
plusieurs fois de suite.

Replacement cord for automatic chicken door - User information
1. General
These operating instructions comprise instructions for use and safety information.
Please read the instructions carefully and note the regulations and relevant information
they contain before putting the device into operation.
2. Correct use
The replacement cord is designed for use in an automatic chicken door (Art. 70550) from KERBL.
If used for any other purpose, the manufacturer‘s warranty and liability obligations shall
be rendered null and void.
3. Safety instructions
CAUTION!
Risk of physical injury and material damage if used incorrectly.
• Disconnect from the power supply before opening the device.
• Keep the entire cord guidance area free of obstructive objects.
• Always keep the replacement cord in a safe place out of the reach of children.
There is a danger of strangulation.
4. Structure of the replacement cord
See Figure 1:
(1) End with loop for fastening to the motor thread
(2) Ball for end stop
(3) Open end for fastening to the slider
5. Replacing the cord
Removing the old cord:
1. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
2. Separate the old cord from the slider on the automatic chicken door.
3. Open the device.
4. Pull on the cord from below and press the Down button on the device so that the cord unwinds.
5. Remove the batteries from the device in order to avoid the risk of injury.
6. Remove the old cord by loosening the fastening screw (see Figure 2, Item 6) on the thread.
Thread the replacement cord into the device:
Thread the replacement cord with the upper end (end with the loop) as
follows from underneath into the device and through to the thread. See also Figure 2.
1. From the outside inwards through the housing opening.
2. Through the opening in the limit switch plate.
3. Through the first 4-5 turns of the spring.
If necessary, lift the spring out of the groove so that it is easier to thread the cord in (see Figure 3).
4. Through the spring mechanism for the pre-tension.
5. Past the outside of the roll.
6. Directly from above onto the fastening screw. Secure the replacement cord
using the fastening screw from above onto the thread.
Securing the replacement cord on the slider:
1. Put the batteries back in the device.
2. Press the Up button and monitor the rolling up of the cord until the limit switch stops the rolling
process.
Do not place your hands in the device while the motor is running. Do not attempt to influence
the rolling process. If there is an error, remove the battery and then correct the running of the
cord. Only once in the final finish position should you make a further attempt to wind up the
cord.
3. Close the housing.
4. Connect the lower end of the cord back to the slider on the automatic chicken door.
To do this, note the instructions for the automatic chicken door and slider.
5. Check the entire setup by opening and closing the door a few times.
