After a power failure or the power cord has been un-
plugged then plugged in again, it is required to set the
time again.

When the

STOP

key is pressed while the power is in

the standby mode, the time of the day will be displayed
for 5 seconds.

As the clock is not used to show the time of the
day but is also used in timer operations, be sure
to set the clock in advance.
