Avoiding faulty operation (HOLD) (19 page)
When you are operating the unit on a train or when you are carrying it with the power off, this function allows you to
prevent faulty operation due to accidental key operation. (Both the main unit and remote control unit should be
carried with the HOLD function engaged.)

switch in the direction indicated by the arrow.

Press the
REPEAT
key when a track is being played back to select the repeat playback mode.
The mode changes each time the
REPEAT
key is pressed.
When in the normal playback mode:
Repeat one track (
):
Repeats one track.
Repeat all tracks (
):
Repeats all tracks.
Deactivate:
Deactivates repeat playback.
When in the random playback/intro game mode:
Random repeat (
):
Repeats random playback.
Deactivate:
Deactivates repeat playback.
When in the group playback mode:
Repeat one track (
):
Repeats one track.
Repeat group (
):
Repeats only the tracks in the group.

key for 2 or more consecutive seconds when a track is being played back.

The area between the two selected points (maximum of up to 40 seconds) will be played back repeatedly.

Deactivate the random playback/intro game mode and repeat playback mode before activating the A-B repeat
playback mode.
