EXTENSION
Place tip of foot on lower axle to stabilize the frame.
(Fig.1a) Push in both spring pins while simultaneously
pulling up. (Fig. 2a , 2b) Extend frame until the spring pins
engage in the next set of holes. To collapse, reverse order
while being aware to REMOVE FOOT before collapsing
completely.
