INSPECTION
It is very important to check the machine regularly with the aim of detecting and preventing
wear and tear, damage, etc.

INSPECTION OF COG BELT
First inspection and retensioning must be performed after 1 hour’s operation to be sure that
the cog belt is correctly tensioned. Check the cog belt regularly and tighten when necessary.
Belt tensioning: the belt should move 20 mm (10 mm on each side) under pressure.
GREASING THE 50 MM TOW BAR COUPLING
Check the coupling for signs of damage or wear, swivel the coupling 360 degrees and check
that the bushings are not worn. Replace damaged and/or worn parts. Grease the hitch
regularly.
RECYCLING
When scrapping, the equipment should be dismantled and transported to a designated
recycling station. Contact your municipality for further information.
