SERVICE INTERVAL MEASURE
Tires • Before each run • Check the pressure, recommended
tire pressure is written on the tire
Hoses • At each use • Check for damage and leaks. Replace
damaged and broken hoses before
use
Hydraulic Couplings • At each use • Check for damage. Replace broken or
damaged, if necessary
Nuts and Bolts • At each use • Check, tighten if necessary
Hydraulic oil • At each use • Check the level and top up if neces-
sary. Change oil regularly.
Mounting Pin • At each use • Check, lubricate
Inlet filter • Regularly • Change
RECYCLING
Disposal of the product, disassemble and transport to the municipality’s recycling station.

ERROR REASON MEASURE
The backhoe arm can not lift
or swing • Low oil level
• Turn speed control valve
is closed or not properly
connected
• broken hydraulic hose
• Arm joint is blocked
• Broken / bad cylinder
• Refill oil

• Check for leaks in the system
• Remove objects blocking the joint
• Replace cylinder
The backhoe lifts / swings slowly • The oil is cold

• Check engine and higher up the speed
