SERVICE INTERVAL MEASURE
Oil • Change after the first 10 hours.
• Thereafter every 50 hours or once
per year.
Oil quantity - see technical data, page 3
Oil change
•
Use hydraulic oil SHS 32 or SHS 46.
• The tank is emptied by removing the plug
under the tank.
• Refilling is done via the refill plug on the
top side.
Screws and bolts • Regularly, preferably before
each use • Check and retighten all bolts and screws
Moving parts • After each use • Grease moving parts regularly.
TROUBLESHOOTING LIKELY CAUSE MEASURE
Ram does not move
forward • No pressure in the system.
• Engine runs in the wrong
direction.
• Check oil level.
• Check engine's direction of rotation.
The ram behaves
differently when
extending and reversing • Dirt, sawdust and sap have built
up in the groove during use. • Check and clean the groove regularly.
• See illustrations and instructions
on page 21.
The machine does
not start • Fault in power supply.
• The power glove is not correctly
connected.
• Check the tension.
• Connect the power glove correctly.
The machine is not able
to drive the ram forward • No pressure in the system. • Check for leakage
• Check that all hoses and couplings are
intact.
