Introduction

The information in this section describes routine maintenance of the Keithley Instruments Model
2657A High Power System SourceMeter

instrument that can be performed by the operator.

Line fuse replacement

A fuse located on the Model 2657A rear panel protects the power line input of the High Power System
SourceMeter

instrument.

Disconnect the line cord at the rear panel and remove all test leads connected to the instrument

before replacing the line fuse. Failure to do so could expose the operator to hazardous voltages that

could result in personal injury or death.
