4. When the unit is done calibrating, it will display the following prompt:
REMOVE INPUT
5. Remove the low-thermal short, and press ENTER. During this phase, the
CALIBRATING message will be displayed.
DC volts calibration
1. After the front panel short and open procedure, the unit will prompt you for the first DC
voltage:
10.000000 V
2. Connect the calibrator to the CHANNEL 1 input of the Model 2182 using the low-
thermal cable, as shown in
Figure 2-2 . Wait two minutes to allow for thermal equilibrium
before proceeding. Model 2107 cable connections are summarized in Table 2-3 .
