OPERATION MANUAL
HOW TO USE THE AIR350 BIAXIAL UPPER BACK
1. Sit facing the machine with your feet on the Footrest;
adjust the Seat height until the Handgrips (Thumb Buttons)
are in line with the middle of your chest.
2. Adjust
the Chest Pad until the Handgrips (Thumb Buttons) are at an extended reach
.
3. Adjust the resistance with the Thumb Buttons.
