WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty for the correct operation of the device is given for the period of 24 months from the moment of purchase. The
purchase of the device must be confirmed by the signature and stamp of the seller and with the relevant sale document (receipt,
invoice).
The Warrant shall provide free-of-charge repairs of the device in case of defects found during the warranty period.
The warranty repair is free-of-charge. The Warrant shall respond to the warranty claim within 14 days from the date of its written
submission, and the complaint shall be handled within the shortest period of time possible. If the repair requires a substantial
amounts of work or it is required to bring the spare parts from the manufacturer, the time might be extended and the person
submitting the claim shall be informed about the delay.
All the faults and damages of the device must be submitted in writing to the point of purchase of the device. The Buyer must
present the correctly filled warranty card along with the relevant proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
The Warrant is not responsible for the malfunctions or damages caused by improper use of the device (not according to the
manual).
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer accrued under the warranty law for physical defects of the
sold device (Journal of Law 2014, pos. 827 and Journal of Law 2014, pos. 121 as amended).
In matters not governed by the hereby warranty, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
