Note:
1) If the password is wrong, the system will keep on prompting Wi-Fi connecting after
“Refresh”. Please
check the password and re-enter.
2) If the password is right but the system keeps on displaying Wi-Fi disconnected or connecting after
“Refresh”, the WiFi must be abnormal. Please make sure the WiFi is normal and available.
5.1.3 Mobile Network
Go
to
Settings > Network > IP and Port > Mobile Network
to configure mobile network.
1) Check
“
Enable Mobile Network
” and “
Enable Default APN
” and select “Verification Protocol”. If it
accesses to VPDN private network or foreign operator, you need to configure dial-up parameters
manually. Please consult local operator for detailed parameters, as shown in the following picture.
2) Check dial-up status and click
“
Save
”. You can connect to surveillance platform via mobile network and
meanwhile send front-end data to the platform.
3) After configuration, view current status of dial-up. If it shows
Connected
, it means dial-up is done.
Otherwise, move to another place with stronger signal to try again.
