Let’s back to basics and examine a restructured AC circuit where we have tossed out 

the conventional hot-neutral-ground architecture and have instead adopted a balanced 

circuit  configuration.  (Please  see  below  Structure)  Reactive  currents  which  are  the 

primary source of electrical interference are now balanced at the grounding point.
